Yes, you will receive the same product that you see in the picture. Candle Stree ensures that the pictures on their website and Instagram page are accurate and authentic representations of their candles. However, please note that there may be slight variations in the color and texture of the candles due to the natural ingredients and the hand-pouring process. These variations do not affect the quality or the fragrance of the candles.

If you have purchased a Candle Stree candle online through their website or Instagram page, you should be able to view your sales receipt in your email inbox. The sales receipt will contain the details of your order, such as the product name, quantity, price, and payment method. 

• If you have purchased a Truth Bombs candle and you are not satisfied with the message or the fragrance, you can return it within 7 days of the delivery day, provided that the candle is unopened, brand new, and in original condition and packaging. You will receive a refund within 3-7 days via email, excluding the original and return shipping costs. You can request a return label by emailing customercare@candlestree.com with your order number and the words ‘Return Inquiry’.
• If you have purchased a F.L.Y. - First Love Yourself candle and you want to exchange it for another fragrance or size, you can do so within 7 days of the delivery day, provided that the candle is unopened, brand new, and in original condition and packaging. You will have to pay for the return shipping costs and the difference in price, if any. You can request an exchange label by emailing customercare@candlestree.com with your order number and the words ‘Exchange Inquiry’.
• If you have received a damaged or incorrect item, you can contact Candle Stree by email and provide photo evidence within 3 days after order delivery to receive a replacement. You will not have to pay for the return shipping costs or the replacement item. You can report a damaged or incorrect item by emailing customercare@candlestree.com with your order number and the words ‘Damage/Incorrect Inquiry’.
• If you have purchased a candle from a third-party seller or a physical store, you will have to follow their return policy and contact them directly for any issues. Candle Stree is not responsible for the return or exchange of items that are not purchased from their website or Instagram page.
